Our Founding Treaties
The ICCAC abides to the Laws and Regulations of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) regarding the international sale of goods; international commercial dispute resolution; including both arbitration and conciliation; electronic commerce; insolvency; including cross-border insolvency; international transport of goods; international payments; procurement and infrastructure development; and security interests.

The Legal Bedrock of the International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC)
The International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC) is grounded in an unshakable foundation of international treaties, sovereign blockchain jurisdiction, and the enforcement authority of the World Arbitration Court (WAC).
Unlike traditional courts that rely on political recognition, the IACC derives its authority from ratified international treaties and post-jurisdictional enforcement mechanisms. These treaties provide the legal mandate, while the WAC provides the enforcement engine.
Primary Treaty Foundations
We operate under the enforcement authority of — but are not limited to — the following:
-
United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC)
-
United Nations Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC)
-
Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons
-
Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air
-
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD)
-
Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment (UNCAT)
-
Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (VCLT)
-
Vienna Convention on Diplomatic and Consular Relations
-
International Organizations Immunities Act (U.S.)
-
Principles of International Law Recognized in the Charter of the Nürnberg Tribunal
Additionally, we enforce any international treaty, declaration, or instrument which protects the global community against:
-
State-led corruption
-
Judicial abuse
-
Financial manipulation
-
Human trafficking
-
Systemic injustice
Enforcing What Others Only Ratify
189 nations have ratified the UNCAC, the only legally binding global anti-corruption treaty. Yet, many of these same governments refuse to enforce it when their own elites are the offenders.
The IACC fills that enforcement gap. We:
-
Prosecute violations of UNCAC and related treaties
-
Tokenize rulings for international enforcement
-
Mirror state-level entities on the blockchain for UCC lien placement and asset recovery
-
Operate under universal jurisdiction granted through treaty violations and WAC protocols
The Role of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC)
UNCAC mandates that States Parties:
-
Criminalize bribery, trading in influence, embezzlement, and abuse of power
-
Cooperate across borders in criminal investigations
-
Recover stolen assets and compensate victims
-
Promote transparency and public access to information
Yet, many States refuse to prosecute themselves. This is where IACC takes command — by enforcing UNCAC where others ignore it.
Our Mission in Action
IACC prosecutes:
-
Business and government corruption that crosses borders
-
Cases involving judicial misconduct, money laundering, and illicit enrichment
-
Officials who violate UN treaties or fail to protect human rights
Our blockchain-based enforcement allows:
-
Restitution and disgorgement orders
-
Digital bounty systems
-
Whistleblower-backed civil enforcement claims
-
Public, on-chain rulings that cannot be buried or overturned
Jurisdiction of Last Resort
We invoke universal jurisdiction when:
-
A State is unwilling or unable to prosecute
-
International treaties are violated by those in power
-
Evidence of treaty obstruction or systemic corruption is prima facie
IACC may also act upon referrals from:
-
WAC and ICCACK cases
-
UNCITRAL-backed instruments
-
Whistleblowers and civil society organizations
-
Individuals invoking personal legal sovereignty under UN charters
Our Legacy Begins Now
-
The IACC is not theoretical.
-
It is registered, digitally enforceable, and globally recognized.
-
Its charter is anchored in the UNCAC — and its enforcement is powered by Web3 sovereignty and blockchain law.
-
We do not depend on UN funding.
-
We do not answer to political donors.
-
We are the legal firewall between nations and unchecked power.
